Netscape needs to look at two environment variables to work properly. You need to make sure you have XKEYSYMDB=/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/XKeysymDB , and XNLSPATH=$WHERE_YOU_INSTALLED/nls/ Hope this helps, Yeah, that was it. Thanks everyone.
