What's your actual problem?  Where is the installation doing something
wrong?

Don't worry.  This message is harmless and has been eliminated since
(at least in 2.2-current, i'm not absolutely sure about 2.1).

Btw., the geometry hassles are nothing `invented' by FreeBSD.  It's
just the braindead decision of the ancient BIOS.
