An unofficial FAQ is on agate.berkeley.edu in
/pub/386BSD/386bsd-0.1/unofficial/terry/FAQ.09Aug92/FAQ.09Aug92.
To save bandwidth, please read it first and then come back with any
unanswered questions.
You might also want to read some of the back postings. Warren Toomey claimed
in the past to be maintaining a fifo archive based on the available disk
space on minnie.cd.adfa.oz.au:bsdnews and Frank Terhaar-Yonkers claims to
have a culled archive on sunvis.rtpnc.epa.gov:~/pub/386bsd/culled.news.
This should get you up to speed right quick.
