the atapi.flp of 2.1.0 (and the kernel.ATAPI too) only supports the
drive as slave on the first controller (because only wd1 is not used
in the kernel-config) - if you'll get it working you'll have to remove
the wd2 device (i.e. master of the second controller) from your kernel
config and rebuild the kernel (don't forget 'device wcd0' and 'option
"ATAPI"')
