I've heard of OS/2 users who have had to do something similar. It would be nice to be able to install from the CD, but I have 80 megs free in one partition and I have a Colorado Jumbo 350 to fall back on if FreeBSD doesn't "see" the CD EOM. I'm going to take my time and hope this will be as painless as possible. However, compiling a kernal is a big step up for a guy who hasn't done more than advanced batch files. ;) Steve Ames sames@magi.com
