I have NetBSD/Mac68k running on my PowerBook 180. I have found that it
only will boot with an external monitor plugged in (perhaps you can
trick it). It seems to only work with serial console/serial boot echo.
You would need a terminal of some sort hooked up for it to work. I
think people are working on getting it to boot without need of the
serial console, but I don't think it is ready yet.

I am running a kernel that I ftp'd from
ftp://ghpc8.ihf.rwth-aachen.de/pub/NetBSD/kernels/
There are a few in there that you may wish to try (see the README
files).

Good luck,
