I think this may have been a misunderstanding resulting from the wording of my original request. What I meant from my original plea to the core team folks was not really any handholding, but just a nudge in the right direction. I appreciate all of you guys taking the time to answer questions on the newsgroup. For what it's worth, FreeBSD 2.1 has been at least as reliable as my BSDI 2.0.1 box.
