Hope this is a good place to ask...

My ISP runs a bsd unix system, and I ftp stuff up and down. However, my
access logs are getting mighty big for my phone bill. Anyone know if
there's a way of dropping a zipper into my site, and calling it?

Someone said I need a webpage that calls a cgi script that calls gzip,
but my expertise stops at the webpage.

Ideas and responses gratefully received.
Fully integrated solutions with bells and buzzers VERY gratefully
received.

TIA
