Well, if you're within the "new purchase" support window (60 days, I think) you should have email-class support (at the least). However, many patches are available without a support contract (I believe the policy is bugfixes for everybody, enhancements for support customers). It sounds like you want U200-008 - just anonymous ftp to ftp.bsdi.com, cd to bsdi/patches, and get it. You'll probably want to get the README file and see if there are other patches you should install while you're there.
