It's much better than either of the Intel >products, and gives you that elusive 4th PCI slot You might look into supermicro as well, it also has a 4th PCI slot, but it's not shared with an ISA slot as with the ASUS, so it effectively has one more slot. I'm in the process of installing FreeBSD on it, if you want i'll let you know if it works, but it did install over FTP w/out problems.
