Many times you can find surplus terminal servers in the back
of communications magazines.  The bad news is they are usually
in 4/8/16/32 port flavors.  What's not clear if you're using the
stock machine as a terminal server or as a host supporting 20
terminals.

I don't think I'd like to be running my programs on a machine
with such a small amount of memory.  Especially when your are
user 5 or 6 if you're planning to be a host.

If you're using the machine as a terminal server, the terminal
server, new, is gonna turn out to be cheaper and less headache.
And performance wise, more efficient and doing async to TCP/IP.
