For example, they're offering anonymous CVS access so that "normal" people may review changes, diffs, and logs themselves. BTW, it's probably useless to start a debate about use{ful,less}ness of Yet Another BSD. We all have opinions on it, but I don't expect that anyone has a One Great Truth on it...
