Has anyone done something with similar software and hardware configuration? I manage to install and configure amanda to work using the tape drive definition of "HP 35480A DAT" from the FAQ done by Randy Kunkee (kunkee@sugar.neosoft.com). However, the two drives are different in capacity. The 35480A is a 2G (4G with compression), and the 1533A is a 4G (8G with compression). I am wondering if someone has a definition for the C1533A drive? How was the definition done (from the technical specification)? BTW, I'm thinking to use the HP sureStore 12000e which is a 6-slot tape changer (the drive is again a C1533A drive). Anyone with similar setup? Thanks in advance. Ben (one happy user of FBSD) ___
