Adding memory is always good; I don't know if this needs to be added
... But on a system with 20MB of RAM and 60 MB of swap I have those
limits:

datasize        16384 kbytes
stacksize       512 kbytes
memoryuse       17444 kbytes
memorylocked    5816 kbytes

So INN can't use more than 17 MB ; even if 0 Bytes of swap are used.
And to fork off nnrpd you need the double of innd's size so without
unlimiting innd can be at max 8,5 MB ...
