If over that dial-up ISDN you can do PPP then yes. I tried it over a 28.8 modem
and it hung somewhere but I did it at work over our net out on an ISDN line.
It wasn't a dial up connection (it was dedicated) but it was fast enough and all.

Be sure to do some backing up before you do it. Some stuff gets saved but other
stuff you'll still have to do manually.
