Yup.

This should all be there, either as part of the base system, or
available in the ports collection.

Yup, ok.  Simply install it, pick whatever you think is appropriate
from the ports collection as well (mail software, news system, fancy
shells).  I think all you need to do is entering the router's IP
address as default router.  You can already do this from the
sysinstall tool.

Don't ask, try. :)
