I have a couple of questions/bugs:

I have modified the default entry in gettytab to include a 'np'
boolean because I want to run 8 bits and no parity. The 'im' message
comes across file and the 'login:' prompt but as soon as I enter the
user name and getty hands control over to login I am back with parity
(and I think cs7) again. I don't yet have the sources and am not
real familar with BSD so I would appreciate it if someone could tell
me how to stop login from doing this.

Where can I get an accurate 'init' manual?

My system can't seem to find users past about the 8th line in /etc/passwd
(or /etc/master.passwd, whichever it is looking in). Is this a known
bug?

Please reply via E-mail and I will post results.

Thanks in advance,

Kevin
