The news log file was filled with messages that stated: ...(typical article identifier).. Bad "Date" header cannot parse date line, article rejected This is not an excact quote... something happened to my news log for the day that when the problem occured. I grabbed the sources to inn-1.4 and built my own working copy to solve the problem... BSDI's response was "It works fine for us." They told me it was not the same problem, just misconfigured there will be an offical patch out soon. : What about Sendmail 8.7.3? It seems to work OK, but I am getting a strange error message when I shut the system down. I forget what the message was, but it indicated that it could not exec sendmail. Maybe they are trying to flush the queue at shutdown and its not working..
