I am trying to NFS install V2.05 on a Gateway-2000 P5-90 with 8MB RAM and an
Intel EtherExpress Pro (95?) network card (ya - I did the Kernel config to
get IX0 recognized).

After the installation program finishes formatting the HD (via COMIT), it then
clears the screen and stops with a "panic: page fault" error. Sometimes a
"fatal trap 12: page fault ....." message appears.

Does this error ring a bell with anyone ?
