What do you mean by "connect." If you install the Windows 95 TCP/IP, you
will be able to "connect" to any device on your network. This presupposes
you have an ethernet card. Windows 95 has a rudimentary telnet you can then
use to log in, though you might want to get something a little more full
featured. I have used WRQ's Reflection series (VT emulator and X Server)
quite successfully.
