Although I know nothing about this card specifically, the main problem you would have would be with the NT-1 (network termination) device. I assume that the NT-1 is built into the IBM PCMCIA card. If so, it won't work in Europe (or other places where the NT-1 MUST be external) unless you have your choice of U or S/T interfaces on the card. The difference is that in most places in the world, the phone company is responsible for providing the NT-1 device. So, your ISDN TA has to have an S/T interface. In the US (or all of North America?), on the other hand, the end-user is responsible for the NT-1 device, thus either your TA has to have a U interface (i.e. internal NT-1), or you have to have an external NT-1 to plug into the S/T interface of your TA.
