I bought a Lightning series Motherboard that has built into it SCSI support. It uses an Adaptic 7840 Chip, I believe I also have a 1.2 gig Conner SCSI-II drive and a Pioneer 4x SCSI-II CD-ROM drive. It seems as though the installation program recognizes my hardware, but as soon as it begins to create a root partition on the Harddrive it hangs and was wondering if there was anything I can do to make it work. I know the chip the motherboard uses is not supported but the install program was able to see my hardware and I was able to create a partition. Anyhow, any answers would be appriciated. Thank You Marcelino Enriquez
