Run

	scsi -f /dev/rsd0.ctl -e -m 1

and turn on

	AWRE (Auto Write Reallocation Enbld):  1 
	                                       ^
	ARRE (Auto Read Reallocation Enbld):  1 
	                                      ^

Most disk vendors leave this off when shipping.
