I am having a problem with the tar distributed with 386BSD. When trying to extract the XFree86 "core-bin-1.1.tar" file, I get a message after extracting "xclipboard" saying: "tar: Skipping to next file header..." Immediately after this, tar exits with no more files extracted. Am I missing something? What does this mean? Do I have a corrupt file? The file-size is 17786882 (uncompressed). Thanks for any help.
