I downloaded the binaries from ftp.netscape.com into my
/usr/ports/distributions (I think that's the correct path) directory
and then ran 'make' from my ports/netscape2 directory and then 'make
install' and voila!  it worked.

As for needing motiff to get Netscape running, I'm not sure... I'm
running Xwindows using fvwm (and fwf).
