Lauderdale, FL Lines: 15 Distribution: world Message-ID: <4gfckk$1h4@hcx1.ssd.csd.harris.com> NNTP-Posting-Host: hcx1.ssd.hcsc.com Thank you for reading this article. I have installed FreeBSD version 2.1 and everything seems to be working properly. I subscribed to MCI internet where they provide PPP connections which allocate IP addresses dynamically. MCI has also informed me that I should be using PPP that is CHAP compatible. Is FreeBSD's PPP CHAP compatible? Can anyone who has setup their FreeBSD box with PPP send me information on the steps I need to take? Thanks, Angel Ortiz
