I am trying to compile some of the programs from the ports-2.1 directory,
most things work fine except for most of the x11 programs where I keep
getting the same error on different programs.

Imakefile.c:3: Imake.tmpl: No such file or directory
  imake: Exit code 33. Stop.

Am I missing a file, or is there some other problem?

Everything is a stock 2.1R installation.
