Sorry - I forgot to mention:

I could normal work, if the telnet/ftp connection is established. 
"netstat -r" seems to work so slow like the routing at foo1 and foo2
foo3 is okay. All foo's under normal load. 

Whats the difference between a "ping", which reach both ends and
the telnet/ftp connection?
