I am trying to install BSD 2.1 on a system that has an Adaptec 2940UW
pci card, and it hangs up when it tries to format the drive. Just before
it tries formatting, a message flashes by saying 'aic0 scsi bus hung'.
BSD technical support says it is a hardware problem, but now I am not
sure. I tried changing every option on the card that there is, but the
results are the same.
