If you have your BSD partition on a Linux EXT2 filesystem, then yes, it
is possible.  FreeBSD supports the reading and writing of EXT2
filesystems, or so I've been told.  I personally prefer Linux.

Also, if you are running OS/2, there are tools available to allow you
to mount your Linux filesystem.
