We installed FreeBSD 2.1 (Walnut Creek) and started doing
Ethernet performance testing. TCP results were good and what
we expected, but UDP resulted in only 200Kbs input and couldn't
do output at all. The error was ENOBUF - no system buffers
available.

Why does this happen under UDP? Is this a bug, if so,
is there a fix? Are there tunable kernal parameters? If so,
where are they? Thanks!!
