Also, how much mail do you handle daily? Do you host a large number of newsgroups? Depending on the demands you place upon the machine, IDE should work just fine. I would never disagree with Jordan and he is correct in pointing out the upgradeability and expandability of SCSI as well as the speed benefits but if you won't need the added benefits of SCSI why pay for it? The only problem you might have is with the IDE CDROM's. You should probably check to see which ones people here on the newsgroup have had the best success with. Best of luck to you!! -Dave
