wdc0 at 0x1f0-0x1f7 irq 14 on isa

CD works fine on second controller. Well, not fine, but as well as can be
expected for a not completely supported device. It will mount disks, but
has a little difficulty with music. Have to use the cdcontrol util that
came with the wcd patch, and even then it's flaky.
