We have WfWG using both Samba and Netware simultaneously here. Since Samba uses TCP/IP as the transport and Netware uses IPX/SPX I don't see how Netware can be "conflicting" with SMB. Do the workstations on your Netware network have the Novell NETBIOS emulation loaded? If so, is it really needed?
