That's about when I got my 0.1 (end of March, 1992). I think
0.0 was maybe as far back as end-of-December, 1991. You'd have
to as Jesus Monroy to be sure. 8-).

Bletch! 1993, of course! I corrected the 1994 above, and then
proceeded on to make the same dumb mistake! 8-(.
