There doesn't have to be a port.  Get the source from
blitzen.canberra.edu.au in /pub/slirp.  It builds right
out of the box without incident.  A simple:

gzip -d slirp.tar.gz
tar xvf slirp.tar
cd slirp
./configure
make

should be all that's required.
