I claim the test of whether an alleged infringement does indeed infringe is only whether it takes the same inputs, generates the same outputs, and can be observed to perform the same steps explicit in the claim. Other steps not explicit in the claim don't matter. If a step can't be observed it can't be the distinguishing difference allowed in a claim. -- Scott L.
