Step 1) Register your VDN with InterNIC (or appropriate authorities)

Note: Tell your upstream about the additions being made.

Step 2) Adjust DNS to reflect the changes in DNS and restart named.

Step 3)  Make necessary adjustments to sendmail.

Step 4) Make adjustments to httpd files.

I MAY write an FAQ on this IF required.
