In HP-UX 8.0 Release Note it says:
"In 8.0, the options SO_BURST_IN and SO_BURST_OUT are
irrelevant". Can anybody explain why that is so.

(HP-UX 8.0 networking portion of the kernel is based
on 4.3 BSD Tahoe.)
