The two "official" FTP sites for updates/patches to 2.11 are FTP.IIPO.GTEGSC.COM and MOE.2BSD.COM. No FAQ (yet) though. But with the increased interest in 2BSD I'll put a FAQ on the TODO list (something stay on there for a long time - 'round tuits' are in extremely short supply these days;-)).
