Is SB16 well-supported with sb driver in 1.1 version?

No; it can only run in 8-bit mode, and not very well. I've been
working on the audio code in -current, and in fact have SB16 support
working (well enough to play DOOM, anyway B-)), but I can't finish it
right now because I'm working on something else.
