Date: 29 Mar 96 22:56:34 GMT Organization: University of Illinois at Urbana Lines: 8 Message-ID: <wallace.828140194@void> NNTP-Posting-Host: void.ncsa.uiuc.edu I have my Mistumi ATAPI CDROM connected to a Promise EIDE MAX card which is plugged in the ISA slot of my Acer P60. The CDROM is the only device connected to the MAX card. The card is detected by the boot disk, but the CDROM is not. What is the problem? Is it because of the CDROM or the MAX card not supported by FreeBSD 2.1? wallace@ssax.com
