I completely agree -- I had actually expected to be forwarded to someone
in developer relations, but I couldn't find the address on their web site,
and so sent it to tech support. It's entirely possible that this is
simply the reply of some tech support person who is merely parroting
what his 'support manual' tells him to, and that noone who can actually
evaluate the arguments that I stated has even read the message.
