I have installed the bin01 distribution successfully on my pc, but I have having a problem with the src01 distribution. After typing: extract src01 extract goes through most of the installation process. Finally, extract says: Final installation: /tmp/install.src01: Can't open /tmp/install.src01 extract: cannot execute installation script of distribution, failed I checked, and '/tmp/install.src01' does not exist. Does anyone know what could be causing this? One thing that could be causing problems is that I installed the binaries a few weeks ago, but I tried to install the source yesterday. I had to get the 'extract' executable from the Tiny 386BSD disk - do I need to get anything else from this disk to install stuff? I do have one suggestion. Maybe 'extract' should be copied to /usr/local/bin after the binaries are installed. Leaving it in /tmp causes it to be erased when the system is rebooted and /tmp is cleared. Thanks.
