Back when I had free access to Westlaw and LEXIS, I could only find two appellate decisions dealing with shrink wrap. Unless a lot has happened in the last year, shrink wrap has not even been considered in most states, let alone struck down. (I think it would be struck down if considered, under UCC 2-207, by the way). --Tim Smith
