Well it is not so simple... Indeed it would be "Bern" for a
german-speaking swiss, but "Berne" for a french-speaking swiss... Too
bad I don't remember which language they speak in Bern[e].


   We're conversing in English.  But you're right.

   The US WWW references have an 'e'.

   I plead "Cultural Imperialism".

Just pretend you are a french-speaking swiss...
