I should have also said _simple_.

Anyway the only thing I have found so far is the 'Andrew User Interface
System', in particular its 'ez' editor.
The system includes a:

    word processor
    program editor
    mail/netnews reader/writer/manager
    drawing and image viewers/editors
    spreadsheet
    HTML editor
    application development tools

At first look it seems to be a _huge_, impressive and complicated
system. I cannot make any comment on it yet but I going to try it.
(look at http://www.cs.cmu.edu/afs/cs.cmu.edu/Web/People/AUIS/ )

Somebody suggested (La)TeX. Actually we have (and use) an extensive
(La)TeX environment. But we also would like to have a simple WYSIWIG
word processor, because for some small jobs (like printing a door-label)
TeX and likes are simply overkill and difficult to use for most of the
people.

So I am still waiting for the real thing.

Thank all who answered so far
