I tried playing with the "-access" and "-alldirs" switches in the server machine's /etc/exports file with no success. When trying to mount the directory I get "permission denied" on the client machine. I have no problems when serving an entire file system, but it would be very inconvenient at this time to split the directory off the /usr filesystem. Any hints or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :-) Regards, Chris -- Christopher Mauritz | For info on internet access: ritz@mordor.com | finger/mail info@ritz.mordor.com OR Mordor International | http://www.mordor.com/ 201/212/718 internet access | Modem: (201)433-7343,(212)843-3451
