I haven't tried it yet (although I indend to), but one could connect
Ascend Pipeline 25 which takes input from Ethernet and sends it to ISDN.
It also includes a jack for analog phone and a fax machine, so you can
do everything at once over one ISDN line if it's provisioned like
N-ISDN.
