Install: read the instructions. :)  You need the base system, the
man pages and other documentation is certainly also something you
should install.

The BIND name service is part of any currently available BSD.
However, setting up a nameserver is a bit hairy in that you can cause
major confusion if you get something wrong.  Get a good book on it,
for example ``DNS and BIND'' published by O'Reilly&Associates.
